Wagyu Beef Lasagna

  • 1-1/2 lb Chili Pepper Ranch Wagyu Ground Beef

  • 12 oz Box Mueller's Oven Ready Lasagna Noodles

  • 1/2 Onion Chopped

  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

  • 24 oz Store bought Marinara Sauce (or homemade)

  • 2 - 8oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese

  • 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

  • 2 tsp Chili Powder

  • 16 oz Ricotta Cheese

  • Dried parsley

Preheat oven to 375


Chop Onion and Mince Garlic.  Add to frying pan with ground beef.  Cook until browned. 

Grate Mozzarella Cheese.

In a 9x13 pan start with layer of marinara sauce.  Add a layer of noodles to cover the entire pan. Layer on meat, mozzarella, parmesan, parsley and dollops of ricotta.  Repeat for three layers ending with mozzarella and parmesan.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45-50 minutes.  

Uncover and cook an extra 10 minutes.

Let stand for 5 minutes and enjoy!
